  We ship to Globally. All orders are shipped with a UPS/DHL tracking number, depending on your country. Free shipping for all orders until September. Delivery takes no more than 7 Days Globally, and 3-5 Days within Western Europe, Eastern Europe, USA, Middle East, and Oceania.   During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

     

  Return

  New Era will accept returns of un-used products, 14 days after the date of receipt. We will also provide replacements for 'damaged upon arrival' products, and faulty products are covered by warranty for 1 year. This warranty period will be renewed for an additional year once your free service has been completed by New Era's servicing partner network. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
